Gen3 Cloud started when we noticed a pattern in the Brazilian market: polished panels, automated tickets and “unlimited uptime” promises with no contractual metrics. Serious projects paid the price — slow campaigns, botched migrations, support that does not understand WooCommerce or layer 7.
We built our own stack: dedicated NVMe, LiteSpeed Enterprise, real per-account isolation, managed WAF and monitoring that alerts before the customer notices. We grew with agencies, e-commerce brands and enterprise operations that demand predictability — not luck.
Today we operate POPs in Brazil, the Americas, Europe and strategic hubs in the Caribbean and Indian Ocean. The commitment is the same as day one: infrastructure you can explain to your CFO and sleep soundly afterward.
