SLA in contract
Uptime, response time and automatic credits — documented guarantee, not a sales slide.
Governance
Backups, logs and processes aligned with internal audit and compliance policies.
Predictable scale
Capacity upgrades without migrating datacenters or redoing critical integrations.
Executive channel
Priority with engineers — direct escalation when the impact is operational.
The problems that keep IT up at night — and how Gen3 solves them
If any of these scenarios sound familiar, your current infra costs more than the invoice shows.
Site down and support gives no ETA — leadership asks and nobody has an answer.
99.99% SLA in contract, P1 answered in under 15 minutes and automatic credits when we miss.
IT spends meetings explaining outages instead of advancing projects — no concrete data for management.
Monthly uptime, incident and capacity report ready for committee — real visibility.
The bill jumps on renewal without notice and the contract locks you in for 12 months with heavy penalties.
Predictable pricing, no lock-in and no fine print — you stay because we deliver, not because you are stuck.
Every ticket becomes a queue and first-level script — nobody with authority to actually fix it.
Executive channel with direct escalation to Brazilian engineers — those who answer can act.
IT with visibility. Business with predictability.
Fewer meetings explaining downtime — more data to decide infrastructure investment.
Monthly report
Performance, incidents and capacity — visibility for IT and management.
Isolation by criticality
Dedicated resources or advanced isolation based on workload risk.
Planned migration
Cutover with documented rollback and post-go-live validation.
Global presence
POPs in Brazil, US and Europe for latency and geographic redundancy.
Gen3 Cloud vs. typical corporate hosting
What is usually charged extra (or simply does not exist) is already included at Gen3.
“A serious company committed to the customer. Support is fast and decisive, and infrastructure quality is excellent. They are always available to suggest improvements to our operation.”
Questions from those who decide infrastructure
What technical and finance teams always ask before signing.
Do you provide SLA in writing?
Yes. The corporate contract defines 99.99% uptime, response time by severity and automatic credits if we fail. No guarantee only on a sales slide.
How does migration from our current operation work?
We pre-audit PHP, database, cron, DNS and email, build a runbook with an agreed window and execute cutover with an engineer on call and documented rollback. You validate before pointing production.
Can you meet compliance and LGPD requirements?
Yes. We deliver exportable logs, geo-redundant backups, a map of where data resides and DPA when needed — material ready for internal and external audit.
What if we need to scale suddenly, in a campaign or seasonal peak?
Capacity upgrade happens without migrating datacenter or redoing integrations. We keep headroom to absorb peaks like Black Friday without emergency maintenance in production.
Is there lock-in or cancellation penalty?
No. You contract month to month with 30 days to validate. Retention comes from delivery, not from a clause that traps you.
